Surrey's Final Parking Decision

Surrey has decided its 2012 on street parking restrictions. They will apply to Beales Lane, Elmgrove Road, Grove Place, Hanger Hill, High Street, Jessamy Road, Locke King Road, Old Avenue, Pine Grove, Princes Road, South Road, St Georges Avenue and Thames Street. Most are as advertised but some changes have been made. The most contentious proposals are Elmgrove Road, High Street and Pine Grove. It appears that Surrey is looking to make some of our side streets run-runs or duckshoves - especially Pine Grove.
