Surrey By-Election

Since the referendum there has been an upswing in support for the pro-European Liberal Democrat Party. Membership in Elmbridge is soaring and in Mole Valley the Liberal Democrats have one a dramatic victory with very high swing of 23%. All other parties lost support. Unlike Britain as a whole, Elmbridge was for Remain as was Surrey and South-East England.
