Signs - too many or too few?

Surrey is reviewing its policy of road signs (including road markings).  If you see a sign that does not need to be there or think that a sign ought to be in place then please contact me - a picture would help.  By all means tell Surrey too. Those of you who mentioned the sign above as being superfluous because the panel just restates in words what the sign itself means; rest assured that Surrey has to put both signs up because in 2002 the national government decided that people could not understand what the sign meant - a case of "dumbing down".
