The borough of Elmbridge is now the owner of Churchfields Meadows and it is planned to open the area to the public on Monday, 24 June 2013 following some minor final work to the area to bring it up to the borough's standards. The borough is in receipt of the sum of £294,121 from the developer for the future maintenance of this site.
