Affordable Housing for Elmbridge

Elmbridge's new Liberal Democrat led administration is developing plans to increase the number of affordable and social homes across the borough. There is much planning to do before significant results can be seen. However, the borough hopes to bring forward a scheme for 38 new affordable homes, subject to the agreement of the borough's council on Wednesday, 7 December.
