20 mph speed limits for Weybridge

At present the only part of Weybridge that has a 20mph limit is Portmore Park. I think that the limit should be spread throughout Weybridge for all residential streets. A very successful organisation that spawned out of my campaign in the nineties for all of Britain's residential streets and country lanes to have a limit of 20mph.
